New glazes on my latest Pots

I’m experimenting with different glazes at the moment. It’s so much fun as you really don’t know how the pots will turn out.

This glaze is Mayco Blue Azure. There are crystals in this glaze which produce this effect.

    • Hi There. Let me how you go with this glaze. When you get the Mayco pot don’t stir all the crystals around the pot. Leave them at the bottom and apply 2 Coates. Then prior to the 3rd coat stir the glaze in with the crystals and apply.
Still waiting for you to start a blog missy!

      • Thanks for the info on the Mayco crystal glaze, I too use Mayco from time to time. I am glad my wares make you smile, that makes me happy..:-)
I started with the southern folk art of ugly mugs but lost interest in creating gross looking faces. I started playing around creating different styles and when I showed my dad he laughed which made me smile. At that point my work took more of a whimsical twist on the folk art. The hand was created to hold my business cards at the shop. Connie

    • Thanks Cindy. I have been enjoying reading your blog again and reading your testimony about The Lord. It’s great to hear your story and the hope, joy and healing that The Lord has done in your life. Plus the amazing creative gifts He has given you. See you around!
